WHO WE ARE
Brimstone Bakery is the creative offspring of New York City & San Francisco-based chef Anthony Leberto, who arrived in Sharon Springs in 2017 captivated by the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the upstate New York community.
Founded in 2018, our bakery produces an expansive roster of goods that celebrate the many influences that come together in traditional American baking. We offer a large variety of cookies, biscotti, variations of brownies, bars, layer and wedding cakes, scones and a large roster of sweet and savory pastries. We also serve lunch 11am-3pm and offer an expansive selection of handmade soups, salads and sandwiches, and offer catering for all occasions and budgets. Be sure to visit Brimstone Bakery’s Retail Space at 922 Chestnut Street, in Sharon Springs. We’re open Tuesday–Saturday 8am–4pm.
